I've been fishing as long as I can remember. Not too long ago, I was driving somewhere with my mother and she told me the story of the first fish I ever caught. I was all of four years old and caught it with a safety pin tied to a stick. My grandfather had made it for me to keep me busy while he talked to a neighbor. He didn't believe it till he saw it. Those times my grandfather and I went fishing together are the times I'll never forget.  I also cherish the memories of walking down to the lake with my older brother in the summer. We'd spend all day under the bridge fishing, swimming and catching frogs. These times are some of the best memories I have from my childhood.

 

I believe that after all of these years fishing, not sharing my knowledge would be a shame. I also believe that every kid should have the same opportunities I had. For that reason, we introduce The Kids Fishing Shop. Here at The Kids Fishing Shop we will offer quality products, as well as advice and tips, because we believe that the best way to hook a kid on fishing is to first help a kid hook a fish.
