We pack and ship most orders within 24 hours of placing order.

How are products delivered to me?

You choose the shipping method. We offer shipping with UPS and USPS. With USPS the price is lower but tracking and on time delivery is questionable. And with UPS the price higher but tracking and on time delivery are a very reliable. 

What is your refund or exchange policy?

Give us a call! We do returns for unused merchandise only. We can not refund cost of shipping. We can refund any order before it ships and will refund any order after we receive the returned product.
